Popular Music Evening Supports Saint Michael's Hospice
On a beautiful, August evening over 80 guests enjoyed a champagne reception, followed by a sumptuous 4-course dinner and entertainment from the incredibly talented, Harry the Piano, all in support of St Michael’s Hospice.
The main organiser of the event, Patsy King, director of King’s Catering Company, said, “Saint Michael’s Hospice exists to ensure local people and their families receive care and support through very traumatic and sad times. I would like to thank Pavilions of Harrogate for donating the rooms, my husband, Ian King, for providing the wonderful meal, thanks to Karen Sweeney for her help and support and to all the local businesses and individuals who gave so generously for the tree of life and raffle. Of course, a huge thank you also goes to all the guests who attended on the night, their support is invaluable”.
Throughout the evening, Harry the Piano entertained guests with music from a range of genres including classical pieces and even a few of our favourite TV jingles!
The evening raised a total of over £3000 all of which will be donated to St Michael’s Hospice.
