The Role:

The successful candidate will provide day to day organisational and administrative
support to the Venue Director and senior members of the Venue Team. In addition the role will work closely with the PA to the Chief Executive & Artistic Director to ensure priority is given to important cross-organisational projects & work at key times. This role will also support the wider Directors Group and Senior Leadership Team as required. 

You will be highly organised, structured and confident and should be used to supporting a number of people concurrently. If you are interested in working in the arts and with young people you could be a great fit.

Weekend and evening work will be required according to business needs.

About you:

We are looking for someone who has great administrative and organisational skills and is looking for a new challenge in an exciting and fast paced environment. You are likely to have worked as a Team Assistant or Administrator perhaps in an arts or events organisation.

The successful candidate must have a current and acceptable DBS check, or be willing to undertake one due to the nature of the role.

Hours: 35 hours per week (excluding breaks)
Salary: £29,348 per annum
