Venue Floorplan Layouts

Are you doing any venue improvements this summer? Will this affect your venue floorplan? Have you communicated this to your customers and to your contractors?

We are confident our members will have systems in place to communicate any building alterations to their customers and contractors, but we wanted to send out a gentle reminder to all of our members. If venue floor layouts and changes are not being communicated out, this will impact on all parties i.e. venue, contractor, organiser and sometimes the exhibitor.  

If you would like to send your venue floorplans over to AEV, please click here and we will be able to pass these across to ESSA. 

Also any news stories on venue improvements this summer – remember to get your marketing teams to upload them on the AEV news section!
