I am excited to share the Technology Working Group Chair duties with Steven Bennett from Manchester Central. Steven and I both believe strongly in sharing key learning to benefit the whole industry and, together, I believe we will be able to enhance an already great committee to help make sense of fast-paced technological change on the industry’s behalf.”

Responsibilities: 

This cross association group (with AEO and ESSA members) meet to discuss current and future technology challenges and opportunities. Focusing on finding joined up solutions for the entire industry, improving business performance and customer experience.
