Reporting directly to the Head of IT, this role is working on a full time, permanent basis.

Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Taking ownership of core business applications, ensuring they are effectively supported, maintained and continuously improved
- Managing application support, resolving issues and liaising with external suppliers where required
- Supporting and enhancing reporting, analytics and AI-enabled solutions to deliver business insight
- Identifying and delivering system and process improvements that increase efficiency and support business objectives
- Working closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver system changes enhancements and new solutions
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience supporting and managing business-critical applications
- Experience working with data, reporting, system integrations and business intelligence solutions
- A proven ability to identify and deliver system or process improvements
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working across multiple business functions
- Excellent problem solving analytical and organisational skills
- Experience with ERP, event management or finance systems, and tools such as SQL, Power Bi or similar
You must:
- Be able to take ownership of issues and drive them through to resolution
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Understand how business systems, data and integrations support operational processes
- Be comfortable working with AI-enabled technologies and emerging technologies and emerging digital solutions
- Be able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a proactive, flexible and collaborative approach to work
