Digital Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a confident, collaborative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital strategy across web, email and social platforms. You’ll join a high-performing in-house team, where storytelling and impact go hand in hand.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the digital presence of one of London’s most ambitious destinations — delivering campaigns that grow audiences, drive footfall, deepen community connection and build brand love.
You’ll line manage our Social Media Manager and Digital Marketing Executive, and work closely with our in-house design studio, CRM and Web agencies and major partners like London Stadium, East Bank, Zip World, and others who call the Park home.
You’ll also help ensure that everything we do online reflects the full breadth of the Park’s audience — championing accessibility, inclusion and representation in how we show up and who we speak to.
Looking ahead, you’ll play a part in positioning the Park for its next chapter — as a testbed for innovation, a launchpad for new ventures, and a place that continues to put community at the heart of urban development.
Is it for you?
You’re a data-savvy, creative digital marketer who thrives on blending strategic thinking with practical delivery. You care about story and structure, and you know how to translate ambition into measurable results. You lead with curiosity and collaborate with ease.
You’ll need:
- Proven experience leading digital strategy across a minimum of web, email and social
- A strong understanding of analytics, CRM and content planning
- Experience managing people, partners and projects in fast-paced environments
- A confident eye for creative and an appreciation of great design
- A commitment to inclusion, accessibility and representation in your work
- A genuine passion for the role that this place can play for the London growth agenda
