Beale takes up chair of AEV Communications Working Group.

Jazmin Beale, head of marketing & communications at Olympia London has been confirmed as chair for the Association of Event Venues' Communications Working Group.

Beale commented, “I am thrilled to be taking up this position because it has been held in the past by people for whom I have tremendous respect, and it allows me to indulge my passion for all things marketing.”

“In the short time that I have been a part of this group it has grown both in terms of people attending the meetings and venues joining. It presents a unique opportunity to sit amongst peers from a wide variety of event venues and discuss the challenges, solutions and innovations in marketing an event venue. I have been very fortunate in making some great friends through this group, which makes the meetings both productive and great fun,” she concluded.

Recently promoted to the position of head of marketing and communications at Olympia London, the role of chair will see Beale chairing the working group meetings whose attendees make up the marketing and communications professionals from a wide range of UK event venues. The group has a wide ranging agenda that covers topics from digital marketing to venue sponsorship, social media to measurement techniques.
