CDM Roadshows...What you need to know
We have pleasure in announcing the date and venue of our first CDM (Construction & Design Management) roadshow in partnership with our sister associations ESSA and AEO. On the 21st May at the NEC we invite all members to attend this educational roadshow where you will hear from a panel of industry experts, H&S consultants and association representatives who have played a major part in the culmination of the new CDM regulations.
The morning roadshow aims to bring attendees up to date with regard to CDM2015, its effect on our industry across all key stakeholders, what you need to understand to be compliant and how we have moved to help prepare the industry for these new regulations. More importantly, it will provide attendees with the opportunity to engage with the panel and have all of their questions answered. Attendees will also receive stake holder specific guidance (what does an organiser/venue/stand builder/main contractor/exhibitor need to do) to take back to their businesses as well as information regarding future CDM management tools that will be available via AEV, including a mobile and web based application for the management of CDM, including CDM compliant documentation/templates for the submission of Construction Phase Plans and RAMS.

This is a free to attend event for association members but each event has limited numbers and is on a first come first serve basis. If you cannot make this event, subsequent roadshows will take place at Olympia on 9th June (registration not yet open) and a venue and date in the north of England will be notified to members in due course.
