Cross Association H & S Working Group - 15 July 2015

The fourth cross-association H & S Working Group meeting of the year took place on Wednesday the 15th of July at the NEC's Piazza Suite, and was attended well by members of the AEV, ESSA, and the AEO.

After apologies, the introduction of new attendees, and the approval of the previous meeting's minutes, ESSA director, Andrew Harrison provided the group with a review of the two cross-association CDM roadshows, which took place early in the year. The third and final CDM road show will take place later in the year.

Following this, a review of the association's resource pack took place in which AEV director, Rachel Parker, presented member feedback and updates were suggested for the venue section of the document.

After an update on the progress of the CDM app and website, the meeting concluded with a discussion surrounding the definition of construction phase sites, as well as conversations on site access, security, induction, and drones.

The final H & S Working Group meeting of the year is set to take place on Tuesday the 10th November at Ricoh Arena.
