Manchester Central CEO elected to AEV board.

The Association of Event Venues (AEV) board has welcomed its newest member, Manchester Central's CEO Shaun Hinds. Hinds, who joined Manchester Central as CEO in June following his tenure as managing director EMEA & APAC at BridgeStreet Global Hospitality, was elected to the AEV board at the association's AGM at Olympia, London, on Wednesday September 20 .
Hinds said, “It's a privilege to be elected to the AEV board. The association is an important and integral part of the success of the British venue sector, bringing venues together nationwide to collaborate on the issues that affect them. Manchester Central is closely engaged with the AEV through its working groups and conference, and I'm looking forward to cementing our partnership with the association and working with the board to help define the association's future direction and focus.”
