QEII Centre's Anna Clover appointed to AEV Board.

The Association of Event Venues has announced the appointment of Anna Clover, director of venue operations & customer experience at the QEII Centre, to the association's board. Clover joins the board with a wealth of experience gained during 30 years of working in the event and hospitality industries, at leading UK venues including Alexandra Palace, the Globe Theatre and the Millennium Dome, amongst others. Jeremy Rees, chair of the AEV Board welcomed Clover to the role, saying, “Anna's credentials are world-class, and her insight into how the venue sector creates excellence in customer service will be a strong asset to the board, and the association as a whole.” During Clover's tenure the QEII Centre has been recognised with several awards for customer service including Best Venue Customer Service at the London Venue Awards, AV Service Team of the Year at the AV Awards and a Bronze M&IT Award for Best Conference and Banqueting Team.
