Sexual identities is how one thinks of oneself in terms of to whom one is romantically or sexually attracted.

Sexual orientation in the workplace

Sexual orientation discrimination in the workplace occurs when an employee is subjected to negative employment action, harassment or denial of certain benefits because of their sexual orientation.
