Claire Sellick
Claire has worked in a marketing and communications and guest experience capacity for 25 years. Claire was the marketing director for a global office furniture manufacturer, before setting up her own marketing consultancy. Her work included supporting organisations in the service industry with their customer engagement programmes.
Joining Excel five years ago, Claire focused on the commercial marketing and communications and customer feedback programme, before being appointed to lead the guest experience function. Claire is committed to using data and insights and a collaborative approach with organisers to improve standards for guest experience. Her focus is to deliver Excel’s new brand purpose to ‘Connect Lives’ and become the best event destination in the world.
