James’ passion for the events industry started young, working full-time as an apprentice at age 16 studying “live event tech” for a hire and production company back home in Henley-On-Thames. This gave him the confidence and ability to venture into the wider world working on arena/stadium tours, theatre shows and festivals in various technical operating positions and more recently production management.

He is currently Deputy Production Manager at The O2 Arena.
