Jay Bourley
Jay has worked in live entertainment venues for over 20 years, covering regional theatre, the West End, The Roundhouse and most recently The O2 arena, providing him with vast experience in leading the delivery of customer service. After leaving University where he studied History, Jay quickly fell in love with working in live events. In 2021, after 8 years as General Manager of The Piccadilly Theatre he moved from theatre productions to live music and artistic performance as Head of Visitor Operations at The Roundhouse in Camden. With responsibility spanning safety, security, F&B and customer service he quickly came to realise that working in a live music setting was where his passion lay. Now at The O2 as Head of Guest Experience, Jay is helping to deliver best in class digital and in-person experiences. As a passionate advocate of inclusivity, Jay oversaw the venue becoming the UK’s first arena to achieve Platinum status with Attitude is Everything in 2024 and continues to work to champion the voice of the customer.
