Katrina is HR Director EMEA, GES, and a seasoned leader adept at managing geographically dispersed teams. Armed with innate influencing skills, she excels in formulating creative solutions. With over 25 years of experience, Katrina has demonstrated a proven track record of successfully leading HR teams, developing strategic initiatives, and fostering inclusive and productive work environments. 

A master multitasker in fast-paced environments, Katrina spearheaded the recent implementation of HRIS (Sage People), recently orchestrated strategies focusing on health and wellbeing, reward and recognition and Dib initiatives including establishing the Culture Club. Other recent experience includes successfully navigating challenges such as the pandemic by leading the complex requirements regarding people.

Previous experience includes establishing the HR function and managing the people integration following the acquisition of the Melville Exhibition Services business to GES. Katrina has also been integral to scoping requirements for employing and recruiting teams in additional territories such as NL and Middle East.

Katrina is a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing valuable insights and guidance on HR-related matters. Katrina’s forward focus is on Talent Acquisition and Development, Succession Planning and the Employee Experience.
