Rachael originally had dreams of becoming a professional horse rider, but once she realised the costs associated with horses, she went off to Liverpool University to study bio-veterinary science. Always passionate about finding the next up and coming bands, Rachael spent a lot of evenings in O2 Academy Liverpool, handing out flyers in return for access to concerts. From there she joined the O2 Angels and Bars team and spent her summers working at festivals in a variety of roles before landing her first full time role as Assistant Bars Manager at O2 Academy Liverpool after graduation. From there Rachael moved up to Bars Manager and the Assistant General Manager at O2 Academy Leeds before securing the role of Venue Manager at the O2 Arena.

For the past seven years, she has been at the O2 Arena and is currently Head of Venue Management, over seeing the venue operations and production team.
